This is the last mission I need for one of my monks to get my Protector of Cantha title, and I'm sure there are some others out there. If you'd like to get together to make an attempt, please let me know. I play on Eastern Standard Time, but should be able to make any pre-arranged times.

I would like to use the alternative strategy listed in guildwiki, which involves working the route along the western wall of the mission, not joining the convoy with the baby turtles. Info and map can be found here:

I did that easily with heroes and henchies.

Seriously.... if you go Pseudo-Necro and stick an SS build on there.... then take Olias or Master of Whispers along fully tanked out for MM business.... the entire mission becomes a walkover.

Its just a matter of wiping out all the Kurzicks in advance... and then there is no adversity until the Afflicted at the end....
Oh... and don't forget to bring at least two of the smoke-signals... and leave them by the gate you enter through since thats where the Afflicted come from. They'll be wiped out easily even if you don't kill them yourself (which you should do) ...

... Seriously...
I mean theoretically I could arrange to meet up with you along with my heroes since they're absolutely primed for minion maintenance (Olias as MM {complete with lvl 26 Flesh Golem} and two healer monks with area-effect heals).... but I reckon you could get masters yourself.

I just need another three missions at masters for my Protector of Cantha: Raisu Palace, Nahpui Quarter and Eternal Grove... and its the last of those that gives me trouble.

Kais, Soti is spot on, an MM works wonders here and the "alternative" route is by far the best way to go. My hubby and I henched it (Olias FTW, lol) but if you need a hand give us a shout. We play on the European servers GMT, but are normally about quite late.

I was trying Nahpui this morning and died just at the last spirit, having nearly killed it.

Eternal Grove is a pain of epic proportions. My Olias might be tanked out to the max (everything but weapon, which ideally needs replacing with a gold or green), but it takes more than one Minion Master to effective complete the grove. One at each gate at least should do it. I have no problem defeating all the enemies but keeping all the tree folks alive is hell... Last time I tried it only two were left at the end...

Hubby is about from approx 10pm - 2am GMT (he works a 2-10) and I'm normally about from 7pm - 1am GMT.

I just mastered Nahpui with my monk at first try. Don't see whats so hard about it, I followed the route suggested in wiki: monk boss first, mesmer last.

Took Koss, Olias and Dunkoro + Fighter, Shock, Earth and Heal Hench.
Just spammed SS with 12 curses and got the Master :x didnt even need to heal.

If you need help and I'm online just pm me. I could use some help getting Raisu Palace and Eternal Grove too, if you guys get together some day, call me.

Eternal isn't that difficult, but I keep getting idiot teams. All it takes is some planning, team splits in 2 groups, one in each gate. Would be great if we could get 2 Warriors, Eles, Necros and Monks.

Those two are reliable and they definitely know their stuff...

I am now the proud bearer of a Protector of Cantha title... and have my exploration of said continent up to 98.7% ... still needing the Jade Quarry.

Incidentally... I found it far easier to take Nahpui Quarter from the Phoenix to the Kirin... i.e. reverse suggested order. The Kirin is the one who gives me the most trouble afterall since he has a tendency to remove hexes en masse... Taking down loads of Phoenixes and Dragons isn't a problem since they have barely any health, no defences and drop like flies...
